In this class we first move through a series of postures to warm the muscles, decompress the spine and awaken the mind before allowing for deep rest in shavasana. Each week we then practice a short preparatory meditation technique ranging from breath control to guided visualisation to body awareness and beyond, leaving you physically and mentally ready for the day ahead.
